How to mail us your jewelry

Can't come by the shop? You can mail your piece to us. Here's how to send it safely.

Address it exactly as shown — please don't write "jewelry" on the package.

You're welcome to call or email us before you ship, and we'll answer any questions.

1. Put a note in the box

• Your name, phone, and email
• Your return address
• What work you'd like done. If you used our Prong Health Check, mention your report.

2. Pack it securely

• Put the piece in a sealed small bag.
• Place it in a small sturdy box with padding so nothing moves.
• Don't send it in a padded envelope alone.
• Don't write "jewelry" or anything about what's inside on the outside of the package.

3. Ship it insured, with tracking

• Send it by USPS Registered Mail, FedEx, or UPS.
• Insure it for its full value and make sure it has tracking.
• Keep your receipt and tracking number until we've confirmed it arrived.

4. We'll call you when it arrives

• Once your package arrives, we'll call you with a confirmation code confirming we received it.
• We inspect your piece before any work and confirm the estimate with you before we start.
• We'll go over return shipping when we call.
